1. Terms & Conditions

Welcome to drharry.in, operated by Dr. Harry Consultants Pvt. Ltd. (referred to as "we", "us", or "our"), located in Karnal, Haryana, India.

These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, products (A2 Ghee, Whey Protein, Organic Honey, Alkaline Water Jug, Whey Burfi, Whey Drinks, etc.), and services (Facility Management, Forklift Services, Manpower Consultancy).

1.1 Eligibility & Account

• You must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent to use the site.
• You agree to provide accurate information during orders or enquiries.
• We may refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate access for any reason (fraud, violation, etc.).

1.2 Products & Pricing

• Images are illustrative; actual products may vary slightly.
• Prices in INR, inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We may change prices or discontinue items without notice.
• All food products follow FSSAI standards (license available on request).

1.3 Orders & Payment

• Order placement is an offer; acceptance confirmed via email/WhatsApp.
• Accepted payments: Razorpay (UPI/Cards/Net Banking/Wallets) and Cash on Delivery (where available).

1.4 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product/service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

1.5 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian laws. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Karnal/Panipat, Haryana.

2. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information in compliance with Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 (as amended) and the upcoming Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

2.1 Information We Collect

• Personal Information: Name, email, phone, delivery address (collected during orders/enquiries).
• Payment Information: Processed securely via Razorpay; we do not store full card details.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited (via cookies/analytics).

2.2 How We Use Your Information

• To process orders, deliveries, and payments
• To communicate order updates and respond to enquiries
• For marketing (only with consent – you can opt-out anytime)
• To improve website and prevent fraud

2.3 Sharing & Disclosure

We share data only with:

• Payment gateways (Razorpay)
• Shipping/logistics partners for delivery
• Legal authorities when required by law

We do not sell your personal data.

2.4 Data Security & Retention

We use industry-standard security measures. Data is retained only as long as necessary for business/legal purposes (typically 5–7 years for orders).

3. Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our products (mostly food/perishable/nutrition items), returns are limited. We follow Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules and FSSAI guidelines.

3.1 Eligible Returns/Replacements

• Defective/Damaged/Wrong item – Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos
• Replacement (if available) or refund processed within 7–10 days
• Non-perishable items (e.g., Alkaline Jug) – Return within 7 days if unopened & in original condition

3.2 Non-Returnable Items

• All opened/opened-seal food products (Ghee, Honey, Whey, Burfi, Drinks)
• Items damaged due to customer misuse

3.3 Cancellations

• Pre-shipment: Possible via WhatsApp/email (before dispatch)
• Post-shipment: Not possible (treated as return – subject to above rules)

3.4 Refund Process

Refunds issued to original payment method within 7–10 working days (Razorpay) or adjusted against future orders (COD).

4. Shipping & Delivery Policy

We aim to deliver your order safely and promptly across India.

4.1 Processing Time

• Orders processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays)
• Perishable items dispatched on priority

4.2 Shipping Methods & Charges

• Delivered via trusted couriers (DTDC, Delhivery, etc.)
• Free shipping on orders above ₹999 (current policy – subject to change)
• Below ₹999: ₹50–₹150 (calculated at checkout)
• COD available in most areas (additional ₹50–₹100 fee may apply)

4.3 Delivery Time Estimates

• Haryana & nearby states: 2–5 business days
• Rest of India: 4–10 business days
• Remote areas/North-East: 7–14 days

Times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to weather, festivals, courier issues, or force majeure.

4.4 Order Tracking & Issues

• Tracking link sent via email/WhatsApp after dispatch
• Report damaged/missing items within 48 hours
